As a counsellor and bodyworker with over three decades of experience in the fields of trauma and sexuality, she is passionately committed to supporting individuals in reclaiming choice and healing through pleasure.
Her approach is gentle, offering practical tools to help people reshape their relationship with their bodies and sexuality. She meets individuals wherever they are in their experience of vaginismus, and together, step by step, they work to gently address obstacles, build confidence, and expand choice through body awareness, information, and skill-building practices.
She has a special interest and long-standing commitment to working with survivors of sexual trauma and boundary violations. It is her deepest joy to walk alongside and support this valuable journey of re-membering the body and healing one’s relationship with sex.
