Liz is a Sexological Bodyworker and Relational Coach based in Lisbon, offering both in-person and online sessions to clients around the world.
Whether someone is experiencing primary vaginismus (where penetration has always been painful) or secondary vaginismus (where penetration has become painful over time), she understands how deeply this can affect one’s life.
She provides compassionate, pleasure-based guidance rather than pressure-based approaches. Her sessions include essential sex education, internal sensory development, and relational support for couples. With each client, she co-creates a personalized plan that is not only transformative—but also entirely achievable.
