Full Name: Lillie Brown
Preferred Pronoun: She/ Her
Location: NSW, Australia. I welcome clients via Telehealth from across the globe.
Position statement around Vaginismus:
Maybe it was Catholic school, or maybe it was Friday night sleepovers watching Girls of the Playboy Mansion, but she has always been fascinated by all things sex and pleasure—why we have it, how we experience it, and how we can invite more of it into our lives.
In her sessions, she works with everything related to sex, relationships, and intimacy. She understands that experiencing unwanted pain during sex can be deeply distressing, and many of her clients come to her feeling broken or betrayed by their own bodies. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals and couples navigating painful sex, including vaginismus, and helping them rebuild a positive, trusting relationship with their bodies. With the right support, tools, and resources, she believes it is absolutely possible to move from pain and fear toward a place of pleasure, ease, and vitality.
Her approach begins with embodiment practices that gently shift awareness from the mind into the body, creating a grounded sense of presence in the shared space. She works somatically and through experiential practices—meaning clients learn by doing. To help integrate what arises in each session, she offers a personalized Pleasure Prescription: a curated collection of home-based practices and resources for continued exploration.
Each session is fully guided by the client’s needs and pace. Clients have complete agency over what is explored, with their body leading the way.
